WonderGround Gallery Transformed Into Star Wars Trading Post

WonderGround Gallery Transformed Into Star Wars Trading Post

While Disneyland remains closed during the pandemic, its shopping district Downtown Disney is open for Disney fans to shop and dine. One of my favorite shops in Downtown Disney is the WonderGround Gallery, filled with art from independent artists such as Ashley Taylor, Jerrod Maruyama, James Chou, Ann Shen, and many more. Recently, WonderGround Gallery has been transformed overnight into Star Wars Trading Post - a Star Wars themed shop featuring merchandise from Galaxy’s Edge. While this change is only temporary, fans of the art gallery (including myself) are upset there was no warning before this change took place. I hope that once Galaxy’s Edge reopens, the space will be transformed back to WonderGround Gallery again.

For those who have missed being in Galaxy’s Edge, or have not had a chance to visit can now shop various merchandise from Batuu including creatures, plushies, droids (pre-built), Jedi apparel, Jedi and Sith Holocrons, and legacy lightsabers. As of now, they don’t have the Ahsoka Tano lightsabers from Clone Wars.

Will you be visiting Star Wars Trading Post at Downtown Disney? What item would you bring home?
